      General Items

      Return within 30 days of delivery.

       

      Please open and inspect your order within 2 days of receipt. If you need to return your order, first send an email to DTEmarketplace@icf.com or call 866-796-0512 (option 4) for an authorization number. For items purchased as part of a multipack, bundle, or kit, all products within the pack, bundle, or kit must be returned. Partial returns of these items will not be accepted.

       

      We cannot refund you for products that have been installed, for which the original packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not in their original condition. You are responsible for returning products in their original condition, so please pack returns carefully. You may want to insure valuable merchandise before you return it. Returns sent “collect on delivery” will not be accepted. When we receive your return, we will issue a credit equal to the product purchase price using the same method you used to pay for the order.

       

      Incorrectly Shipped Items

      Return within 2 business days of delivery.

       

      Depending on the original method of shipment, we will either issue a FedEx Call Tag or send a prepaid return address label for you to use to return the item.

       

      Damaged Items

      Return within 2 business days of delivery.

       

      If your order arrives damaged, please notify both DTE Marketplace and the carrier within 2 business days. Keep all the packaging because the carrier may choose to inspect the damages. We will issue a credit to you pending confirmation from the carrier. We may request that you also return the damaged items. If so, we will either issue a FedEx Call Tag or provide a prepaid return address label for you to use to return the items.

       

      Defective Items

      Return within 1 year of delivery, unless otherwise noted.

       

      If the item you order fails within 1 year of delivery, you can return it to us for a refund. Depending on the original method of shipment, we will either issue a FedEx Call Tag or send a prepaid return address label for you to use to return the item. We will issue a credit to you when we receive the defective item.

       

      If the item fails within the manufacturer’s warranty but more than 1 year after delivery, we reserve the right to refer you to the manufacturer for replacement.
